Meal plans and recipes generated by Saffy, our AI meal planning assistant, are created automatically based on your inputs and preferences. Please be aware of the following:

The Explore page within PrepChef AI features videos and recipes from independent content creators. This content is not AI-generated and is the sole property of the respective creators. PrepChef AI does not claim ownership over creator content and is not responsible for the accuracy, safety, or quality of third-party recipes or videos featured on the Explore page. Please refer to each creator's own guidelines and disclosures when following their recipes.
